This Privacy Policy is provided to you
as a customer of Integrity Title of Volusia,
Inc. (“Integrity Title”). Please note that
this Privacy Policy will not apply to your relationships
with other financial service providers, such as banks,
credit card issuers, finance companies, and others who
are not part of Integrity Title. We reserve the right to
change this Privacy Policy Notice from time to time consistent
with applicable privacy laws.
Integrity Title recognizes and respects the privacy expectations
of its customers and the requirements of applicable federal
and state privacy laws. In the ordinary course of our business,
we may collect nonpublic personal information about you.
We believe in safeguarding the trust of our customers by
keeping their nonpublic personal information in a secure
environment and using that information in accordance with
this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect about you may come from the following
sources:
- Information about you or your transaction that
we receive directly from you or your authorized representative,
such as on sales contracts, applications, or other forms;
- Information about you or your
transaction that we obtain from our files, or the files
of our affiliates or nonaffiliated third parties, such
as a prior policy;
- Information about you or your
transaction that we obtain from web sites;
- Information
about you that we receive from consumer reporting agencies;
and;
- Information about you or your transaction that
we receive from other parties, such as real estate salespersons
or lenders.
Information we may disclose and to whom:
The Information we collect may be disclosed in order to
deliver products and services to you, to administer your
account, or for other reasons required or permitted by
law. One of the important responsibilities of some of our
affiliated companies is to record documents in the public
domain, such documents may contain personal information.
We may use affiliated and nonaffiliated parties to perform
services for us, such as researching title, providing customer
assistance, marketing, handling claims, and/or maintaining
our software. We also may disclose information in response
to requests from law enforcement agencies, state insurance
authorities, or our insurance underwriters.
In addition, we will disclose your nonpublic personal
information when you give us permission or direct us to
do so, or when otherwise permitted by applicable privacy
laws such as, for example, when disclosure is needed to
enforce our rights arising out of any agreement, transaction,
or relationship involving your transaction.
Protection of the security and integrity of your information:
Integrity Title restricts access to nonpublic personal
information to those employees and other staff who need
to know that information in order to provide products or
services to you or for you. We maintain various safeguards
and procedures designed to protect our customers’ nonpublic
personal information.
You may have the right to request access to, or correction,
amendment, or deletion of your Information from our records.

Please date your letter, and include your name(s) and
contact information, the legal description of the property
on which the transaction occurred, and our file number.
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to charge
a reasonable fee to cover the costs incurred in responding
to such requests.
